About the Harmony of the Gospels
This online study bible contains all texts of the four gospels. In order to follow the chronological sequence of events, the reports have been put in the appropriate order.
In John 17:4, Jesus said to his father, “I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do.”
What was that work? It was a life of perfect obedience, a life of investing in a few who could invest in others. His heart’s passion was that you and I, plus millions of others, would come back in a relationship with his father. His intentional process was that of making disciples who could make disciples.
Only when we study the Gospels in chronological order can we see the methods and strategies Jesus used to launch a movement of multiplying disciples.
The compilation of the chronological sequence was taken from the NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION A HARMONY OF THE GOSPELS by Robert L. Thomas and Stanley N. Gundry.
About us
Studying the life of Jesus chronologically has changed our lives. The events of the Gospels are now easier for us to understand. In addition, we see much more clearly what Jesus was committed to and what his passion was.
Since there is no harmonization of the Gospels in German-speaking Europe, we have created this website. It will make it possible to make the Harmony available in many languages in the future. It is intended to serve our international partners and friends. You can simply contact us if you would like to have the Harmony of the Gospels in your own language. Together we will find a way to make it possible.
