Judas' agreement to betray Jesus

Jerusalem

Matthew 26:14-16

Mark 14:10-11

Luke 22:3-6

14Then one of the twelve, the one called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests 15and said, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him up to you?” So they set out for him thirty pieces of silver. 16And from then on he was looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus.

10Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to deliver Jesus up to them. 11When they heard why he had come, they were glad and promised to give him money. So he was looking for a way to betray Jesus at an opportune time.

3Then Satan entered into Judas, the one called Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve. 4He went away and discussed with the chief priests and officers how he might deliver Jesus up to them. 5They were glad and agreed to give him money. 6So he accepted the offer and began looking for an opportunity to deliver Jesus up to them in the absence of a crowd.
